Yes — once the Account is created, you can use the AccountId in a Contact form to associate people with it. Salesforce flows triggered on Account creation can also create linked Contacts automatically.
Yes, any custom field on the Account object can be mapped using its API name (e.g. Custom_Field__c) as the input name attribute.
Use Salesforce duplicate rules and matching rules on the Account object. Passing Name or Website as a unique identifier helps Salesforce detect existing records on insert.
